September 30 Day Challenge
Updated: Sep 7, 2020

Tomorrow is September, folks! Yeah, that's right, SEPTEMBER. It's not March, although it feels like it still is. Is this Pandemic over yet?? Can we skip to 2021?? If you've been feeling a little anxious with everything that's happened this year, know you are NOT alone. I think we are all starting to feel like, when will things go back to normal? If you're feeling like you are just about to lose it with all of this, take a deep breath- make a cup of tea. Call a friend. Paint your nails. Go for a walk. Pet your dog. I actually have started to talk with a counselor over Zoom about once a week to help me sort out how to handle my depression and anxiety.
With the new month and as we go into a new season, but things are still not "normal", I decided to try a 30 day challenge. I didn't want to set myself up for failure with something I might not be able to do every day, like work out... haha. But instead I'm calling it "30 Days to a Happier Quarantine". Simple. Each day I'll do something for self-care during this crazy time. I'll share my 30 day list with you guys, if you'd like to join me, please do! Feel free to contact me too and share what you guys have been doing for the 30 days!

Here's my list of what I plan to do for a happier quarantine for September:
Write down 5 things you're grateful for
Enjoy a Fall inspired beverage
DIY sugar scrub
Bake something yummy
Journal
Go for a nature walk
Listen to a new Podcast
Try a new hairstyle
Cook a healthy new recipe
Try a new wine
Have a date night
Clean or change your bed sheets, make your bed
Decorate for Fall
