Friday Fave- Naked Petite Heat Palette

Happy Friday babes! Can you believe tomorrow is Halloween? How in the world is October coming to an end already.

For today's Friday Favorite, I wanted to show you guys one of my absolute favorite eyeshadow palettes from Urban Decay, the Naked Petite Heat palette. This mini-version of the Heat palette comes with five warm matte shades and one shimmer shade for highlighting.

This is one of my go-to palettes for Fall because of the rich burnt rust tones, it really enhances the hazel in my eyes, and would be an amazing contrast for blue eyes.

What I love about this palette is you can really play up the colors and create a dramatic look, or you can tone it down for a simpler everyday look.

Below are my steps for a simpler, everyday look:

  • Use a large shading brush to apply Vibrate over the lid as your base

  • Apply Hot Spell on outer lid & crease with medium shader brush to contour lid

  • Using a smaller blending brush, apply Heist to outer lid, building more color & blending

  • Blend into crease using a blending brush with Hot Spell

  • Highlight inner corners of eyes and brow bone with Inhale

*I also apply Heist under the lower lash line, & Strike on the upper lash line for a matte "eyeliner" effect, but you don't have to if you'd like to keep it softer!*

You can also apply your regular eyeliner and mascara, I only lined with the darkest shade Strike on the upper lash line using an angled eyeliner brush, and then applied mascara.

What do you guys think of warmer eyeshadow palettes for Fall? Do you have a favorite go-to palette? I'd love to hear what you like to use for everyday Fall makeup looks!

Thank you guys! I hope you enjoyed today's Friday Favorites!
