Day 30- Journal

We've reached day 30 of the "30 Day Challenge for a Happier Quarantine"! For this one I thought it would be fun to make a short journal entry to reflect over the last month of September.

Here are some thoughts:

  • Did you try something new for self care?

  • How did it make you feel to do something for yourself for self care?

  • Did you find you actually have more time than you thought to add in a small act of self care?

  • Did you feel like there were a few self care acts you could make a regular thing?

  • What is your favorite self care tip?

I hope you guys found a few things you can add into your self care routine! It's more important now than ever to remember to take care of ourselves, so we can take care of those around us, too.
