Day 24- Make a smoothie!

A couple years ago I did a challenge with Herbalife, and I lost almost 15lbs doing the Herbalife shakes. I don't think I am ready for something that strict right now, I'm enjoying eating allll the food. But I do feel my body needing some extra nutrients since I'm breastfeeding. Making a smoothie for breakfast is one of the easiest ways I can add a little extra protein into my day.

My favorite blend is:

  • Protein powder

  • Milk

  • PB2 powder

  • banana

  • baby spinach

  • plain greek yogurt

  • ice

I blend it up in my Nutri Bullet, and there ya have it! A yummy peanut butter and banana protein shake for breakfast or a snack!
