Day 19

30 min exercise

The thought of working out right now sounds terrible. I used to love working out. I would do an OrangeTheory class 6-7 days a week, plus a couple yoga classes, and jogged outside when the weather was nice. When I got pregnant though, I had zero energy or desire to work out at all, and all i wanted was a chocolate milkshake. Although I'm pretty sure Randy may have gained some "sympathy weight" when I got pregnant, we were regulars at Steak n Shake and DQ. Now that Wyatt is almost six months old, and my c-section is feeling a lot better (still healing though, those things are no joke), I feel like it's time for me to get back into shape...slowly.

For me this means starting out with getting my body used to moving again, with yoga. I'm not ready to go back into a public gym yet, so I'll be working out at home for now.

Here are the apps I downloaded for yoga at home:

  • Daily Yoga

  • Gaia

  • Yoga Daily Fitness

  • Down Dog

This is a great yoga mat from Amazon Prime:

Don't forget the BEST yoga leggings EVER:

  • High Waisted Powerhold Leggings (I'm wearing size M in black)

What are your favorite ways to get moving? How did you lose your pregnancy weight? Have you gained the Quarantine 15? I'd love to hear from you guys about how this Pandemic has changed your health and fitness routine!
